A beautiful scene opened up along the Blue Ridge Parkway as the setting sun colored the sky and illuminated the brilliant fall colors. I pulled aside on an overlook waiting for this moment and was thrilled that the autumn leaves were lit just enough by the evening sun to create this beautiful landscape.
